iSoftStone is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Kirkland, WA!
If you are a Junior to Mid-Level Technical Program Manager with incredible time-management or organizational skills, are detail oriented, and have some product planning experience, this position may be a great fit for you!
o Work with design and development to iterate on and track backlog of app upsell deliverables.
Hold reviews, identify and track required metrics, research competitive product/options, build mocks.
• Produce Features
o Competitive analysis and comparison of features.
o Produce speclets to capture details for small to medium sized features.
o Feature gaps analysis.
• Opal quality/competitive measurements
o Work with measurement team on quarterly Bing versus Bing measurement runs to quantify “premium” app.
o May be required to run comparison tests from time to time.
o Create survey that we can broadcast to users and collect and present on user feedback.
• App releases (~1/month)
o Update product images as needed.
o Release new binaries for review.
o Run through user scenarios and test feature updates.
o Review text and product info across all locales.
o Work with in-market PMs to localize strings.
o Track all items associated with release.
• Mobile leads meeting (weekly)
o Take and send notes.
o Prepare shiproom deck template.
o Collect material for shiproom from various members and send out for review prior to shiproom.
• TPM/PM experience 1+ years.
o Familiarity with product design and delivery phases.
o Ability to research and write specs for small to medium features.
o Good communication and organization skills.
• Experience in developing app products is preferred.
