    We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Kirkland, WA Team!

    As the Office Coordinator joining our team in Kirkland, WA, you can expect to perform a variety of reception, facilities and administrative tasks, under the general direction of the Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate would be someone who is reliable and proactive, has a dedicated work ethic, committed to providing superior service, and welcomes new opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    Reception
     Manage the front desk area
     Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate follow-up
     Greet and welcome guests and clients
     Maintain shared calendar and support conference room scheduling

    Facilities
     Maintain the organization, presentation and cleanliness of the office, kitchen, conference rooms, and storage areas
     Coordinate with property management and third-party vendors as needed for facilities and maintenance requests
     Coordinate space planning, including internal moves, and preparation of workstations for new hires
     Track and distribute parking passes and building key cards
     Distribute facilities related email communications, and/or staff newsletter

    Administrative Support
     Distribute all incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail; prepares large staff mailings
     Track and order all office and kitchen supplies
     Track and reconcile company credit card statements or invoices
     Coordinate company lunch meetings
     Provide support in the preparation and coordination of morale events; track events budget
     Support the onboarding process
     Coordinate travel arrangements
     Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned

    Skills and Qualifications
     2+ years of relevant experience required
     Dependable and reliable team member
     Excellent customer service and communication skills
     Excellent judgment, integrity and discretion with confidential information
     Proactive approach to tasks and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
     Outstanding interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor and good sense of humor required
     Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
     Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
