In the role of Senior Technical Lead you will provide development, management, and support for one or more Power Platform applications, including BI dashboards, as part of an HR Asset Management Program. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert for application design, development, functionality, usability, solutions, training, documentation, and support. Responsibilities   -Adhere to company and program standards and guidelines, and meet development schedules to ensure the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements for an exceptional user experience, as well as usability and support for application enhancements and issue resolution. -Maximize availability, performance, and provide troubleshooting and corrective action to resolve business issues. -Ensure compliance (security, privacy, data governance, and accessibility) requirements are met. -Work directly with the HR Asset Management Program Manager to identify and resolve issues. -Promptly escalate issues, which affect delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence. -Develop documentation for training to users as appropriate Knowledgebase includes but not limited to specific platforms and tools: Modern SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Kusto, Adobe Sign, and Azure DevOps. -Document solutions and consultation for ensuring considerations of the user experience, performance, and ongoing maintainability. -Design and manage workflows in compliance with established governance policies Identify solution alternatives to address raised issues. -Adheres to and champions the governance program (e.g. change management, communication, and release management). -Complete high-level designs to meet defined requirements with emphasis of user experience and usability. -Create and maintain documentation for technical design, build, deployment, and implemented workflows. Validate requirements with the relevant stakeholders though proof of concept and testing. Qualifications -Four+ years' experience working with a SharePoint Platform in a SME/development capacity. -Successful history as a hands-on technical lead for SharePoint projects in a complex and fast-paced environment. -Experience with maximizing the use of out-of-box SharePoint tools and capabilities, as well as developing custom solutions within SharePoint and the Power Platform (Apps, Workflow, BI). -Experience with advanced features of SharePoint (workflows, document management, security, etc). -SharePoint Online/365 experience, including workflow creation, metadata tagging, out-of-box SharePoint site creation, administration, and design using SharePoint Designer and third-party tools. -Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. -Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively between organizations at all levels. -Ability to work on a team as well as independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines. -Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.   iSoftStone, Inc. is a technology consulting company partnering with you to create innovative solutions with industry-leading platforms and services that improve business performance and provide a sustainable, competitive advantage.
